Early tomorrow morning me and my BF will boarding a plane that will take us across the Atlantic, towards the fast paced, tropical metropol Miami, South Beach!
The next 14 days I will therefore be blogging from my suite at one of Miami’s Art-Deco hotels, which the city is so famous for.

Well this was me today. Not very exciting, but being fashionable in Scandinavia during wintertime is quite the challenge. Step outside, and mother nature ridicules all your efforts in the grooming department. She will rain on your parade by smearing your meticulously applied make-up all over your face and add the final blow by turning your sexy tousled hair into a frizzy do aka “The Mad Professor”.
For those wanting to see me rock this look, I have to disappoint. Those photos will not be published here, there has to be a certain amount of censorship in order for me to maintain some sort of dignity.
I’m not too excited about the January sale. Too crowded, never finding my size, and the slight chance of getting caught up in the hype; ending up buying stuff I normally wouldn’t go for – just because it’s 50% off. No, I am much comfier, sitting in my own living room with a hot cup of thee, going through the web-shops on my Mac. That gives me the time I need to consider if it REALLYis something I want or if it’s just the sale – panic rearing it’s ugly head.
I’ve ended up with this beautiful necklace from Venessa Arizaga called ” Time at sea”. It was marked down by 70% at Net-a-porter, so I reckon that equals a bargain. I think it will look amazing teamed up with a white tee, a jersey sweater or a simple knit .
