I love love love when the designers new seasonal campaigns show up in the magazines, at bus stops etc… Now, this is art to me, and there are definitely some of the campaigns that are so timeless and artistically made that I would like for nothing more than to have them hanging as a center piece in my living room

Hermès has a tendency to create a story with their campaigns. And in my opinion they have really succeeded with their fall/ winter 2010 campaign. Personally, I wouldn’t hang this one up on the wall, but still – me like!

Summer is my favorite season – but NOT when it comes to fashion. The summer collections are often quite similar, and predictable – so when other people plan their summer must-haves, I begin to dream of and plan my autumn/winter wardrobe.

This season I have fallen in love with quite a few items, but the ones that I predict will be the absolute must-haves for fall 2010 are especially the statement jackets and coats.

The jackets are preferably in the leather aviator style with an oversized collar, and the coats in military style or the simple male shaped also with the over exaggerated collar. The fabrics are often in either leather or fur and the colors range from camel,charcoal or in very bright alarming colours.

If I were to choose it’d have to be the aviator jacket from Burberry Prosum and as for the statement coat I would go for the one from Chloé.

Jeg klappede i mine hænder, da jeg så, hvad den skøre men geniale Jean Paul Gaultier havde kreeret til det franske modehus Hermès’ efterår/vinter kollektion 2010. Sin inspiration har Gaultier fortalt er fundet i “The Avengers”, og det kunne man da også godt fornemme. (“The Avengers” er en film fra 1998 med skuespillerne Jude Law og Uma Thurman i hovedrollen.)
