A good and very stylish friend of mine told my about her recent obsession over floral printed jeans. We are not talking the fashion-hyped Hawaii flower print, but the oh-so-pretty-english-tea-party kind. I think they look tremendously hot, especially if paired with some edgy and cool heels and jewelry. Must get!

2. The chain sandal. What a perfect idea to dress a dressy sandal down with some roughness and attitude. It was love in ss11. It still is!

3. The Camel coat. It just works with everything. It has such a stylish and grown-up feel that I completly adore. Cool with skinny pants and heels and even cooler with sneakers and an attitude…

4. The overworked wrist. It’s all in the mix! The more bracelets the better, it seems these days. All deliberately to make it look random and as if it almost happened by itself..

5. The Bouclé. Gotta have them for those rainy days. Pretty with everything!

6. The Minimalistic Coat. To add instant coolness to whatever you’re wearing. Sometimes a tiny splash of gold is just enough...

7. The Knit. They have become what shirts and Tees was seasons ago. They are essential to every wardrobe. And especially to  skirts, it just looks so freaking cool!

8. The Army Jacket. It just works it’s magic from everything from a ball gown to jeans and heels. It screams: “I’m easy going and casual towards fashion! (even though I’m not!)

10. The croped pants. In every shape and form. The make both your shoes and legs look better. I’m never giving them up again!

Last night I went for dinner with some friends. As I was suffering from a completely lack of wardrobe inspiration so I stuck to my bassics: A pretty lace top, a well fitted blazer, skinny jeans and western inspired booties. Luckily I never tire from that combination, it’s a true savior!

I was wearing Tiger of Sweden skinny jeans, Custommade lace top, Noir pinstripe blazer, Mango booties, Ray-bans and Alexander Wang clutch.

And when I stumbled over this old picture it became perfectly clear that if you want to rock next season’s Marant look all you have to do is keep a close eye on the very influential and stylish Emmanuelle Alt choice of wardrobe!

 As a Mentor to a Protege experience and knowledge is shared and obviously in this case, style and taste in fashion! The Power couple at the moment Emmanuelle Alt and her very talented assistant Géraldine Saglio sure has a common passion for white jeans, classic heels and boyish jackets.  And with Géraldine rapidly advancing in the fashion hierarchy, one could ask oneself, who is copying who?!

When left wanting to alter my wardrobe to a more ethnic and moroccan chic look, I must say I’m convinced! Is there such a thing as a style crush? I’m having it!

Hi Guys! As you may (or may not…) have noticed, I’ve been vacant from the blog these last couple of weeks.

But I ensure you my excuse is valid. You see, at the moment I am working like crazy to finish my bachelor thesis, and this seems to be consuming all my time, my mind and my energy. It’s almost as if my brain has programmed my mind & body into a state of complete social and fashionable shut-down. My mind seems completely  cleared from all distracting thoughts, including shopping.

I know! It’s almost unbelievable, I never thought this to be possible either! I’ve only heard whispers of such horrific incidents amongst fellow students, but I’ve always brushed it off to be one of those urban legends.

Until now – I am living proof!

 Fashion-Vacation exists, and I am on it – at least for a couple of more weeks…or until Net-a-porter whisk me away from my vicious zombie state of mind…

 Today I was wearing Isabel Marant knit, boots and bracelet, Acne leather jacket, T by Alexander Wang jersey, JBrand Houlihan army jeans, Maria Black bracelet, Rayban Wayfares and Jerome Dreyfuss bag. 

Don’t you hate it when you realize (way) too late that you want something really bad!? That’s the way I feel about the trashy/torn ACNE pieces. I want all of them and I can’t understand why I didn’t get at least…well all of them! The Denim Jacket is what I crave the most though…but boy I wouldn’t mind the Jeans either.

I know that COS have made some jeans in more or less the same fit, but whitout the trashed/torn look. but where do I find the super trashed Denim Jacket?
